Went there today and one of the male workers was fixing shelving. I asked for the one coke on the shelf, he said he needed it for spacing. I asked if he could get me a coke from the back as there were none there and i could see them from where i was standing but obviously i couldnt go back there. He said no because he was busy doing his job, there was a box of cans next to him he could've given me one of those. I told him he was rude and serving was his job, but he still refused. They get two stars because the other two women there were helpful, leaving what she was doing to get me a can from the back. The lady at the front was apologetic. If it weren't for them I wouldve given zero stars. Clearly customer SERVICE is not something he needs to be doing.
While i had just arrived in oamaru at 1am this morning driving a truck from dunedin to christchurch I discovered I had forgotten my drink bottle and my bank card. I stopped in to the z station and asked the friendly worker if she happened to have an empty bottle that I could have, unfortunately there weren't any. I asked if she would be willing to buy me a bottle of water and that I'd message my partner to bank transfer it back to her and she could take a copy of my license and truck number plate. To my surprise she was more than happy to! When I checked if she'd taken my details she said it didn't matter. Thank heaps Marjorie! You saved a forgetful and thirsty driver

Well I have never experienced such rude and poor customer service. Blunt gave me the feeling of what do you want.nTina, quiet clearly didn't have good product knowledge. Suzanne and her whispering behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. I work in customer service and would never make anyone feel the way they made me feel instore today.
