Went in over the weekend and was lovely girl at the counter made a great frappe and was very bubbly
Went in this morning and ordered 2 coffees. One was a dirty chai and I asked for an extra shot. The man ANDY said an extra shot of what? I said coffee. The lady making the coffees tried to tell him there’s 2 shots in a medium and I want an extra so 3, he claimed not to understand then she told him again, he then replied I don’t actually care. He was completely unprofessional when all she was trying to do was explain to him what I wanted. If you don’t want to talk to customers, don’t have a customer service job. The lady didn’t catch her name as she had no name tag handled the situation brilliantly!
Food is nice and cooked well, but missing straws and whipped cream which i added to the my drink
Full marks. The gentleman behind the counter on the hot non time Sunday when we were there was stable and informed. The roller was very clean. Although the lighting was a touch dim. Need air for the tyres? The air pump and gauge is around the back of the building on the wall. Easy to drive to.
When I said Have a good daynThe counter staff replied something weird and another counter person was laughing looking on screen. When I looked back they both were stared me and laughed again. I dont know what was so funny about.
