The lady at the front desk was very rude. We asked for $50 worth of petrol, but we were charged $70 instead. She also did not greet us or respond when I greeted her, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was a disappointing customer service experience.
We had a very disappointing experience at this shop today. Our group, consisting of 12 adults and 4 children, was traveling from Wellington to visit the South Island. Feeling tired, we decided to stop for coffee.nUpon entering the shop with our children, the lady at the counter told us to go to the public toilets across the street instead of accommodating us. However, when we went outside, we could not find any such facilities.nWe left feeling deeply offended and disappointed by her behavior, which came across as discriminatory and unwelcoming. This was not the kind of hospitality we expected.
Just dropped by to grab a coffee but never realised, I will come with such a disappointment.nThe lady at the counter surely knew how to make a good coffee but dealing with a customer was absolutely terrible.nDid ask for a small favour “ if I could heat up the food “ instead of politely declining, they straight up said NO and started cracking up with each other. Absolutely rude and felt disgusted. WHAT A SHAME!nWon’t be stopping at this gas station again.nI hope this review will be taken into consideration and educate your staff how to deal with your customers politely.
Rude staff,some girl with green hair and the orange haired guy just sat my coffee on the counter and said nothing, had a pretty sulky attitude . After serving me, my partner was next, the girl just looked straight passed her and said hello to the women behind her. Won't be stopping there for a coffee again
