Not a very good experience. A lady staff member by the name machal I think, told me that they had just cleaned the bathrooms and it would be 10 minutes before someone could use it because of health and safety. She started to lecture me that it was if I fell over in the bathroom they could not come in and help me. I’m 27. I work in health and safety myself I understand the risks but come on it’s common sense. No need to lecture any customer. Well 35 minutes later it’s still closed. The staff are just lazy.nHow much mopping did they do in there?nis it a swimming pool in there or something ?nnThen went to get a Diet Coke and a sandwich and they are out of stock of the Diet Coke, the sandwiches in the cabinet are expired. Come on, just do you job, stock the shelves, throw out expired products.nNot hard.
Very disappointing experience at this Petrol Z station. The staff member named Sharlyn or something similar was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no basic customer service or courtesy at all.nnCustomers expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope the management provides proper customer service training so situations like this don’t happen again.nnAnd Also learn how to make coffee properly.
If you’re going to shut your doors before 10pm can you at least get someone to serve you that speaks and understands English so they can understand what you’re after when it’s more than just fuel.
Good petrol station. Staff Is very friendly. Coffee is very good.
Great service, staff is very polite.
