Youthline Southland provides ongoing training & support to amazing volunteers to become phone counselors, making a real difference in people's lives. Our volunteers contribute in a range of ways, from helping with events to attending personal development workshops. Send us a message to inquire about ways we can help you.

"Youthline Southland is a youth development organisation established in 1976. Youthline Southland is a local organisation providing support, information, crisis intervention, and referrals for young people through a range of services including helpline counselling, community education programmes, personal development workshops, counselling and suicide prevention skills training, and volunteer and career opportunities. Our services lower rates of abuse, violence, and self-harm by enabling clients to seek appropriate help, which subsequently increases the well-being of our community as a whole. Our purpose is to support Southland Youth through connection and engagement."
