In 2001 I stepped foot into the construction industry and never looked back. Completing my onsite apprenticeship building single and double story residential homes in Canterbury and the wider South Island when lucky enough. After 6 years I moved onto building high end architectural homes throughout the Banks Peninsula and the wider Canterbury area. Building these properties on difficult and the near impossible sites really defines who I am today as a Licensed Building Practitioner and Project Manager. Nothing is a problem when you can create something with your own hands and enjoy it.
During Canterbury's recovery and rebuild I met Rhys Gould & Kathryn Mitchell from Signature Homes Canterbury and soon enough was part of the Signature team as a Project Manager. My role is to take the client from production to completion and hopefully a dinner invite afterwards.
