Had a staff member charge me $10 over for a drink. When I asked about the price they LIED TO MY FACE about how much it was stating that it was $15 each as opposed to $10. Really soured my night. I think overcharging guests and lying to their face is no way to retain customers.
We had a wonderful time on the Yot recently - the boat is beautiful, we had amazing food and drinks, the music was great and Amanda and Dave are the most fun and generous hosts
This was one of those times when our expectations were exceeded. Extraordinary vessel, experience, service and staff! It does not matter if you go on your own, go with a small group, or organise a function - Just Go! This team set the benchmark on a global scale for unique hospitality. This is a genuine Gold Coast highlight!
