The Yoga Lounge is Your little homely Yoga studio situated right in the CBD.

Come up and Escape your desk to spend some time for yourself repairing the damage caused by many years of sitting down or lack of movements.

We offered two type of classes, one to Relax and stretch and one to build Core and work on your Posture.

We look forward to seeing at the Lounge.
