Yoga Group

Our aim is to bring true traditional yoga to the people of Perth. Here you will experience a balance of physical and spiritual practices that are fundamental to the teaching and practice of yoga. You will be given adaptations of each posture to help you develop your practice, as safety is an important concern to us. Enjoy!
