Teaching Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on making yoga fun and challenging, all over New Zealand
I teach a bi-weekly class in Whangarei, New Zealand. I am teaching classes at Kensington Fitness and at Yoga Circle in Whangareii. These classes are for all ages and abilities with a focus on making yoga fun, yet challenging. I am a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga. I took my teacher training with Yandara Yoga in July 2012 and it was an absolutely amazing life experience.
