Tasty food. Very classy ambiance. I got burnt by a hot pan due to my negligence and immediately the girl serving us brought ice and ointment and again later inquired about my well being. Both the girls staff serving us today at table 11 were extremely polite, helpful and always smiling.
Took a take away Dum Hyderabadi Biryani... the chicken was burnt & very small. Rice was not fresh & had an off smell. Called to complain not even an apology, had to throw away the briyani...
Quite happy with the Quality of food they serve. Feels like homely nd items are priced decent. With cozy location and hygienic ambience, i feel it's value for money. And yeah they can slightly work upon staff shortage during peak hours.
We recently had a great experience organising catering from Dosa Hut Caroline Springs for our daughter's birthday. Sai was amazing to deal with...polite, down-to-earth and honest. He delivered the food on time and the flavours were praised by one and all. We are very lucky to have them in Caroline Springs! :
Really Really bad service , Not organized at all, half of the food arrived after we finished our food. The best part is after all of these manager came & said everywhere is same, they can serve food 1 by 1 only. Can’t do curry & rice together .Totally destroyed our night, Will never come back.
This is the first time I enjoyed at Dosa Hut since they opening restaurants at different location. That's the best one for service in all of their locations
Enjoyed the meal today. Very nice and tasty food especially schezwan fried rice and butter paneer dosa. Highly recommend this place.
Always delicious and always great service. My favourite is that goat stir fry as entree.
