I went to my usual place since 5 years. The staff was very nice and professional. 10/09/2022 I went back and I was served by one of the new staff members. I went in for my treatment and this is the result of that day. I ask to see the owner and said I have to wait for her. I waited 10mins. I walked out from the treatment room and the owner was in the reception area. She looked at me and said did she do that. I looked back at her with my angry face. Thinking... Who else. What a stupid question from her. She said she will talk to her and she won't charge me for the eyebrows. I said to her just change me with full rate and I won't ever come back again. I have no confidence anymore with you and extreme beauty staff. And I will log a complaint /feedback. Very disappointed with the owners response. No confidence to their business anymore I recommend that you avoid extreme beauty. If not, then prepare yourself. 5 years long time customer will never go back using extreme beauty

I have been going to Xtreme Beauty for yeaaaars & I ain’t going anywhere else. Kesh is AMAZING at Eyelashes, she without fail has always come through with the best service, conversation and professionalism. The eyelash glue here is EPIC, and my lashes always last a lot longer than I expect them to. Never damaging my natural lashes either!!! Highly recommend Xtreme Beauty for Eyelashes!!! Fizar blows my away with wax and threaded Eyebrows!!! I always walk out so happy with them. She takes her time and thoroughly, does a great job. Preeti during a hot stone massage made me feel so comfortable, calm and reassured during the whole process. And I highly recommend that massage, so therapeutic and relaxing. Unimpressive, below average, rude, highly unrecommended for anyone sensible, worst experience should have never visited. Waste of time and money. Kesh you really need to look into the manager and if you have sold the business it's good as it is going to go down the drain with the current manager/ incharge. You guys have wasted time by confirming you will go ahead and book me in and then made me wait endlessly and entertained others intentionally. Who is talking about eyebrows ???? Are you for real??? Is this a professional beauty saloon? So are you saying you won't entertain any Client for eyebrows?? Exceptionally good reply and then thanks for reassuring me what a pathetic saloon you are full of hypocrites and unprofessional people who doesn't value people's time and only care about money minting taking double bookings and making people wait 1 hour for a simple service.

I had a wonderful massage. Totally zoned out. Pressure was as hard or soft as I wanted, so I got deep therapy on my shoulders and back.
