Went in looking for a good whey isolate. I’m impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are, friendly too. The whey tastes delicious, will be back when I need more. Thank you!

Great customer service and product knowledge. I always get greeted with a friendly face / hello and asked if I need help with anything. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and always guide me to the best products for my current goals. Would highly recommend Xplosive supplements in Queesngate Mall as well as manners street.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. First time i went in the guy working didn't even greet me and my partner nor did he come over to talk to us, to see what we we were after. He just stood behind the counter on his phone. Then today i went in and the indian guy working was so rude. Wouldn't even let me finish my sentence was just yelling no we don't have that or that. I was shocked how rude he was. My partner was fuming. We just bought or protein and left. Last time ever going there. I will let everyone i know not to shop there. Extremely disappointed. Disgusting service, rude as, worst experience EVER!!!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star cowards

Thanks so much for the awesome service I always get here! I have dealt with the owner and also the three staff the two blonde girls and the weekend guy. I’ve always had excellent help choosing products and getting an awesome deal and I am a repeat customer of your fire blast fat burner! I know it’s not always cheaper to shop online now so thanks heaps.

Have shopped at both Queensgate mall and the shop on Manners St in Wellington. Staff have great knowledge of their products and are very friendly.
