I actually live in the USA, but I have a friend in Taupo, NZ, and this is the second occasion I have used XOX Floral to send flowers. I found the website very direct and easy to use, even for making an international order. Both times I have gotten direct contact from Kristen shortly after placing my order to make adjustments/accommodations that went above and beyond my expectations and helped me out in coordinating a surprise delivery to someone on the other side of the world. This particular bouquet was a condolence in honor of a white cat, so I selected the muted color palette to try to make it reminiscent of his looks. They really delivered by leaning towards white as much as possible in the blooms and creating a beautiful bouquet. I am a small-scale flower grower myself, so I know that it can be very difficult to accommodate requests like that with what you have available locally, especially same-day. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness as well as their artistry. I also love that I was able to find and support a florist that supports their own local growers!

Called in off the street to get a bouquet for a friend. They were in the middle of huge wedding and SuperCar flower prep but made time to put together a beautiful arrangement for me. Such an art form and love the wild whimsical style this florist has!! Thanks xox floral!
Absolutely stunning dried floral bouquets. I ordered from Wellington and found the online ordering process was easy and the arrangement was delivered the next day. I really appreciated the confirmation of delivery email that included a photo of the actual arrangement. Will definitely be a returning customer. Keep up the amazing mahi!

Had awesome service, I accidentally put the wrong date down and they had no problems sorting this out and getting the flowers out the day they were meant to get there, I know this isn’t always possible so I was super grateful for that. 10/10 would recommend. The bouquet was gorgeous too!
