Expensive for small businesses. Very slow system at times. i.e. It gets stuck on saving an invoice for 5mins then I'll refresh and start again... repeat until sent or try another day. I suspect their servers are rather budget.
The Xero 'NEW' look for a basic user is Just a nightmare! Not only is it infinitely more complicated, you end up with marketing and promotions all over your screen which you can't easily, if at all, get rid of. It is the most counter-intuitive computer program I have to use.
The new version of invoicing is incredibly time consuming in comparison to the retired original. Genuinely yet to find any of the new features useful enough to be worth the long delay in copying over invoices to a new one. Wouldn’t recommend for Businesses billing out a large numbers of invoices a week, it’s now a long and tedious process.
xero software is utter trash for the end user if you have older devices or not a smartphone. its even worse on a computer or netbook. i cant stress enough to keep away from it. it will make your life a headache
Friendly, passionate, and helpfull staff members. Their office is pristine and nicely decorated with plenty of hot desks in big open spaces. Affordable parking in the area is extremely challenging as lots of people working in the area competes for the spaces.
