No personal contact, only online generic answers to their selection of questions. Any urgent response takes 24 hrs by email.nWorse after9 years with Xero, they have made changes i have not agreed to, disconnecting my business to the IRD. I have No Way of reconnecting unless I agree to their T&C which i don't. - they state they will have full access to ALL my IR information if I agree.
Sick of this company and there money grabbing. Expensive for small businesses. They keep putting it there price up and at $90+ a month it is not a good price for accounting software, Especially when the software is down or glitching constantly. Dont waste your money or time with this company.
Expensive for small businesses. Very slow system at times. i.e. It gets stuck on saving an invoice for 5mins then I'll refresh and start again... repeat until sent or try another day. I suspect their servers are rather budget.
It is very annoying to try and find help right away. When I follow the instructions to be able to log in it takes me back to where I started with no help! You should at least have a chat if you don’t want anyone calling you.
The Xero 'NEW' look for a basic user is Just a nightmare! Not only is it infinitely more complicated, you end up with marketing and promotions all over your screen which you can't easily, if at all, get rid of. It is the most counter-intuitive computer program I have to use.
