Ordered some eternabond tape for our caravan roof that's supposed to have 15 years warranty, but after less than 1 year it was compromised by Native bees eating the glue from underneath it leaving just the thin, non-sticky film. I sent over some images of the issue and the store refused to assist in any way with remediation. After spending almost $500 on this product that was supposed to last the lifetime of the caravan this has been a really disappointing experience.

Absolutely fantastic!  I have been in store and also made purchased online and every time the service has been beyond expectations!  Everyone is really helpful and friendly!  Definitely recommend shopping at Marine Deals!  Even when I had to return a product, it was a breeze and I couldn’t have been happier!

After contacting Marine Deals by Phone to arrange an exchange on an item I purchased I called in the next day the young lady that served me was very helpful and made the exchange and then wanted to give me a credit for the price difference but I said the items were on special and all the same price so no need for a refund so she asked the old fellow next to her on the counter who said I was making something out of nothing which I thought was very inappropriate. So much for being honest?  I could have let her give me the 35- dollars as a credit.  In your reply to me, it would have been nice to have this explained to me rather than ask for my card to give me the refund / credit which she did saying that this was the price difference between the 2 items?

Easy to place order, Great gear, Delivery always within 2-3 days. If a product is not up to spec always replace or refund is never a issue. Great company to deal with.

Simple online ordering and great communication back when order picked and ready for collection. Went to collect and bought a reel also. No problem for the sales guy to spool and all done within 5 minutes. Will be using more.
