How long will it take to receive my order?
Straight away in Shop if we don't have in stock it takes 24 hours for order to get processed and any other 1-2 business days to receive your order if in C-City if you are not please contact one of us for an estimation Some items will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.

Can I pay with my credit card?
Sorry,we can not accept credit card directly. If you want to paid with master card, etc please register with pay pal,and send from to my paypal ,and pass the payment,so i can receive the payment and send out the goods.

Do you accept checks or money orders?
No,we are sorry,we can not accept check or money orders.

What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?
PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyone's money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don't usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven't received your item within 3-5 business days please make sure you e-mail our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately .

How do I return an item?
Please email us with the problems and photos of our products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our facilities in an event of a return or an exchange.

Is delivery extra?

Yes, Delivery is at your cost and we only send signature.(Courier Post)

Can I pick up?

Yes ,if you are in christchurch you are more then welcome to pick up.
