Very busy most of the time. Usually have to wait in quite a long line just to hand in a form. If your patient and polite the reception staff are kind and helpful.
I was expecting there to be a long line as I went in around 3:30ish but there wasn’t. They were very efficient, I would recommend making an appointment just in case you are in a rush or anything though. I also have to add that the new building is really nice and big
Love how you have to jump through alot of hopes to get any type of help like a food grant with work and income wish it was simple

I went in today to ask for assistance with petrol. Immediately approached with unwelcoming manner from a lady at the front desk who had red hair, light Caucasian skin, height around 5ft and weight around 200kg. She was unprofessional when I made a stand against her behaviour and then she told everyone in the line appropriately 8 people my real name. I’m distressed in my car still outside of work and income trying to bring myself back from thinking silly thoughts. Please help sort her out before I take matters into my own hands.
