Didn't have a pleasant experience with anAnu subbarao as my case manager was rude on the phone didn't offer me any other options wasn't compassionate for my situation very disappointed and should be ashamed with how I was treated and believe it is a breach of our social development you should do better for new Zealand citizens
The gentleman at front counter did an amazing job. Friendly knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. A real treat. Thank you.
Absolutely horrible experience lady was rude I explained my situation saying I had to quit my job since I had to move on the other side of town which would be a 2 hour bus trip there and 2 hours back not including getting up and ready which is another 30-60 mins and not including traffic, then got told I could also drive there… I am on my learners and she knew it but still suggested to drive then told me since I “could have gone to my job” I have to wait until I blow all my holiday pay AND another 13 weeks after that, my friends and family went to another wins then the rangiora one and they were lovely my friend quit because he didn’t get enough hours and she understood it where as I legit cannot get to my job unless I sacrifice all my time 14 and a half Horus per day almost and have to wait an unreasonable amount of time because of it she also said other questions like “why not flat near your job instead of living with your mum”
The staff are shocking... horrible and rude the lot of them. Especially Rebecca Bithray and another lady there whom I can't remember. Horrible and arrogant, the most ignorant rudest people I've ever met. They should be fired immediately. But knowing WINZ they won't get fired.
