Absolutely useless. My wife now ex and I had gone there and they did nothing like they were supposed to do.nThey are meant to help but was sent away with you try first, then give me a call. I said she has been trying and that's why she is here. But we were fobbed off.nAnd when we called her, she said I'll get back to you and it was the same answer every time that we just gave up.nnWe were there because she was being knocked back with us being a Muslim couple. But this female case manager didn't want to know the struggles and fobbed her off. Like she obviously has an issue with Muslim women or the fact the ex wears a hijab.nnWe asked for extra training for her and we were met with silence. They are meant to help you get a job and she was willing to work and do any thing with Retail, with children being an ex teacher, or anything just not heavy lifting like warehouse work.nnBut to have a case manager than did not want to help was disgraceful and made my blood boil.nBeing a born and breed kiwi man I wanted to say something but I was asked to stay quiet which the case manager can thank her for.nnThis has left a very bad taste in the ex wife's mouth and believes NZ is the worst place to live because of the business's that have knocked her back on the fact she wears a hijab though they deny it and THIS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE.nnI have never see such unprofessional behaviour from a government department and I will not recommend going to this branch in Orewa.nnHow this woman can meet her KPI's and not have her really bad customer service be seen by the manager astounds me.
It was a first time experience for both of us we were treated so good and listened to.we were then given all the paperwork all our questions were answered .to the staff you should be so proud .
A predator free fenced sanctuary on Auckland's doorstep40 mins North at end of Whangaparaoa Peninsular with a lovely white sandy Beach, bush walks, 2 camp grounds $20 per night for a couple strictly no pets, love the call of Kiwis in the still of night and wake up to a high tide morning swim! Day trippers welcome but must leave before 9pm. Book with Auckland Council, we'll worth a couple of nights.
The ONLY 5 star winz centre in Auckland. I've visited a few they're all 1 star on a good day & this is the only one offering a friendly fair & professional service. Unlike the rest, I wasn't treated like a caged animal questioning my existence with endless paper work & far to many personal questions.nSo YES ...nI recommend travelling to OREWA for any winz related needs & your peace of mind.nA genuine 5 star rating well earnt.
