This is a strange sort of review, but I feel that the staff need to know that they are doing a great job. They have to deal with other people's financial situations, which will, of course, be stressful and demanding.nThe security staff, the lady at reception, and the lady who assisted me were very polite and friendly.nThe offices are clean and well-presented.nWell done team. Thank you.
Walk in and greeted a smiling guard at door. Proceeded in and had no wait. Got served with a very jovial and polite worker. Got my things sorted out real quick and left quite happy
Yesterday I took an elderly neighbour to Winz Te Kamo who had been scammed. What I thought would be a horrible experience turned out to very pleasant. The big guy who helped us was fantasic. Great atmosphere at the office.
The ladie at the service desk didn't let my case manager know I was there to see them. Causing me to wait for an unnecessary half an hour
Awsome/ friendly/ cooperative staff. Always gave me time and explained everything to me which I wanted to know.
