Very helpful and friendly staff starting from the security at the door to the receptionist.
My brother is suffering from depression and the lady who talked to him called him a liar and did not help him at all. Now my brother is traumatised to ask for help again :
Incredibly hard to get a hold of MyMSD app is pointless it directs clients to ph and you get hung up on or face up to 2 hr waits. Promised call backs don’t occur Parking is minimal for those who can’t walk far .
Just in to drop off form. Weds opens 9.30am. Your be greeted by security x2, I think. Both very helpful. Helpfu, regarding where public toilet situated.nOnce you enter there's also security by or near service desk.nHaven't been in this place 12 yearsnMajor change. Open plan with cubicles, I like it. Area for seating and place for the tamariki.nMet by friendly staff. Only took 5 minutes, all sorted.
Actually really impressed. Going to winz can be daunting and scary also nerve wracking. I was made to feel comfortable by all the staff including the security guards. Pukekohe winz didn't suck out my humanity like some winz offices have so thank you.
