Busy, noisy, like all Work and Income offices nIt's always a little less crowded that the Papakura office tho
Pls change the attitude of your staff esp the front line staff. If they are that miserable and have lost the meaning of being public servants then resign / retire / move on coz your keeping a seat warm for a paycheck and you can do that anywhere.. Change needs to happen ASAP!! Front staff was VERY rude for no reason..
Reception is no help at all I've traveled from Northland for a tangi and stop in Auckland coz I won't have enough gas to make it home Hamilton so I called up ask for a food grant to last me for 2days at least till I get my benefit I got the OK and I ended up with 80 on my payment card but I've lose my card so I went to pukekohe work and income and asked for a new card first thing she says is you get paid in two days why do you need it, I've explained my reasons she didn't wanna hear it i was lying in her eyes and Just get asking even tho I told her why was I in Auckland, she didn't care about my situation just really wanted to know why i needed the money when I get paid in two days, AND WHY WAS IN AUCKLAND this is ridiculous especially when they supposed to be there and support
Disgusting service and staff still waiting 8 months later for review that's meant to take max 3 months everything they are contacted generic response is...basically sit down and wait we are busy...8 MONTHS LATER...
