I'm currently house sitting in Whitianga. I always shop Woolworths no matter where I am residing. Woolworths are like the most iconic stores you use almost every day. If you like one store then you are guaranteed to like each and every other store.
Woolworths Whitianga is the best supermarket in Waikato region.nnMy husband and I do grocery shopping weekly there and we both find this supermarket very clean and tidy.nnStaff are all very friendly and helpful. The manager there is also very diligent and patient.nnWe highly recommend you to visit the supermarket if you live in Whitianga or Coromandel!
the self check out lady was so rude and unhelpful. Was trying to buy alchohol with my younger sister…she barged infront of us and wouldn’t let us explain that our parents were on the way to the check out to join us as my younger sisters guardian. Then proceeded to snatch the Wine out of my arms and told us to leave. Very rude and very unprofessional…maybe next time tell your karen’s to stop stereotyping young adults and let us make it to the checkouts before you get all ballsy with us!! sort it out!
Visited this morning found staff rather rude and unhelpful. Deli wasn’t keen to go that wee bit further and get what I asked for which was coleslaw that was out the back, when mention to manager that I’d head off to new world as I felt no one was interested in helping me, he wished me luck not friendly, helpful or professional. Went to new world what a difference staff were so polite helpful and happy to go that bit further. I’ll certainly be visiting new world from now on.
Alot more people in town this weekend but the store is still very well stocked and all checkouts open so speedy processing. Thanks team merry Christmas
