Nice clean, safer than the others in the area. Need more attention to staffing of the tills, often there are long lines for only 2 cashiers, and at busy times of day. Elderly and parents with young kids waiting while staff are chatting at the lotto counter is not good enough. Staff do a great job of moving people through the self checkout, how about that same attention to the lines of customers with trolleys
Firstly No way to contact the store online to tell them we are sick and tired of their staff loading up the shelves blocking aisles with pellets and hundreds of boxes at rush hour please use some common sense and top up the evening rush at 4:00 not at peak hour being 5:00 to 7 pm!!!!
So went there today to find no trolleys at all but the carpark is full of them..nSecondly the queues of people waiting at the checkout was ridiculous. 2 checkouts open only.nSo understaffed is not funny.nYet I have 2 kids who have applied there numerous times to be told there's no vacancies.nMy daughter asked again today and got a no.nSharpen up Woolworths waiata shores you are losing sales because of this.nNo stars from me if I could
I like shopping here as it is the newest and cleanest of the Woolworths in my area. It is hard to find some items at times and the Woolworths App gives me different Isles than the product is actually in.
Love shopping here.nClean, refreshing, spacious. The produce and meat look fresh. No bad experiences yet nThe trolleys are a good size and easy to use.nGood variety of products. Friendly, helpful staff
