Cannot believe the Produce manager hasn't been fired 5 times over yet. The amount of unprofessionalism of that man is insane. The way he treats his staff you'd think he's their dad. Invades other staffs privacy. I've seen him put out bad fruit and other staff get told off for throwing out moldy fruit instead of trying to sell it. Myself, other customers, and other staff consistently see him standing around scrolling on his phone, then he accuses other staff of using their phone. I cannot believe a employee thinks it's okay to act like this let alone a manager.nRest of the store is lovely but someone has to have a meeting with him...
Shelves aren't well stocked, there's less and less choice.nEdit. Staff are really obnoxious! This is the second time I've encountered rude staff.
Got served by a lovely lady on the check out yesterday and was having trouble with my rewards card,she shut the check out and helped me reload and refresh my rewards card,when I couldn’t remember my pass word.nVery grateful.nShe is a credit to the shop!
I spent a fair bit of time here while in Timaru for 2 weeks.nThe store has a nice layout, looks tidy, and is well stocked.nMy only minor gripe was being served occasionally by older women who are snappy and unfriendly and have forgotten why they chose customer service for a job.nHowever, I would still shop here when in Timaru.
What’s wrong with supermarkets in New Zealand? A city near the ocean and no fresh seafood in the supermarkets. That’s just crazy!
