Disappointed with recent purchase of sliced champagne ham. Looked really nice in tray but when I got home and removed cling wrap, only the top slice was nice. Rest was fat and not appealing at all. When charging by weight, the contents should be ham and not all fat. No email contact details on website to send feedback or photos.

Love that they have dedicated health section like two aisles with wide selections from Macro, Ceres, Chantel etc.
Decent supermarket. However, I just spent over $10 on rancid roasted salted macadamia nuts from the bulk section. Please reply telling me you’ve thrown them away I’ll call as well and I’ll update my review to 5 stars. You cannot sell rancid food to your customers. There is absolutely no excuse to not throw them all away now that you know.
