COUNTDOWN KATIKATI is not the place to shop it’s the worst. The staff were super rude, I asked for help and a new young lady came and gave me advice but it didn’t work and I asked another lady for help but she was super rude and and told me I should’ve came earlier but I wasn’t even late. Honestly I think they were there just for the money and not to help the costumers as they were in a rush to leave and was as if they were like a little team of grumps. I did not feel supported except for this one costumer next to me who was really kind and stood up for me. They totally sucked up my patience. Another thing was they only had the self pay areas open so there was a BIG queue.nI was there at the pay area 8:45 fine by the way.nIF YOU CAN DO NOT GO!
Bruh. Got a savoury pastry scroll thing from the bakery section. Didn't finish it as the cheesy bacon paste or whatever was grossly soggy...nStill had food poisoning the next day all through my own wedding.nNot stoked
Very clean store most staff were lovely apart from one young boy who completely ignored us when we asked for help, he then very audibly said a racial slur towards some customers of Color.
Extraordinarily poor service - three staff running info centre and self-checkouts, 1 poor assistant having to deal with a long queue of very full trolleys - took my wife at least 20 minutes queuing to be served. VERY POOR OR NONE MANAGEMENT!
