Extraordinarily poor service - three staff running info centre and self-checkouts, 1 poor assistant having to deal with a long queue of very full trolleys - took my wife at least 20 minutes queuing to be served. VERY POOR OR NONE MANAGEMENT!
Used click and collect service, and found it ironic that the butter and 1kg block of cheese were left out of my order. Some of the most expensive items on my list. How on earth does this even happen? Seriously, just more evidence of how Woolworths are ripping people off.nIt's only out of necessity I shop there and these criminals capitalise on that. Staff standing around leaning on brooms gasbagging while the store is packed... utter disgrace. Get it together.
Busy supermarket, parks always full and always a lack of checkout operators as I've always gone in there's only one person on checkouts with long lines. Most things are available on shelf
Prices are comparable to other places staff are friendly it's my place to shop I think that the rewards card a great idea
Got everything we needed milk, bread and a beautiful hyacinth plant for a gift. Very busy about 10.30 on Friday.
