Highly disappointed with the Indian manager at the tills. Nearly in my 40s wouldn’t let me buy my wine. Provided my South African passport and wouldn’t give it to me. Told me she would keep my things at till. Went to get my ID in the car and she had it returned. Highly unprofessional and disappointing as she had a terrible arrogant attitude!!! She even hesitated to give my daughter her ooshies. I’m so disgusted. The girl at the till was absolutely lovely though.
Has everything I need. Clean, spacious. Staff friendly. Recommend you check per unit price when comparing which size/brand to buy as supermarket chains are becoming quite crafty.
Clean and tidy, liked that they have a deli,so many don't and you have to buy pre-packed which I'm personally not into.
It gets quite busy on weekends, but it's very convenient. The product range isn't extensive, but they carry most of the things I need, so I visit regularly.
I visited Woolworths Silverdale today and had a disappointing customer service experience. When I asked an Indian staff member for help, I felt the interaction was dismissive and rude, and I did not feel supported as a customer. The staff member appeared to be approximately 35–45 years old and was wearing spectacles, she was at checkout area which may help management identify the interaction. A friendlier attitude and better communication would make a big difference. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the overall service experience.
