A laughable experience: Chapter InnFirst scenario I've come across in any store in any city any country where they refuse to sell you NON alcoholic 0% beer without an ID nevermind the fact I'm 30+ and do clearly look over 25 This system has to be the epitome of stupidity. That said, I do believe the lady at self check-out could have had some common sense to approve the transaction when I did mention the beverage was 0%. Lastly, nevermind it was a single can of beer. Common sense issue, it seems
They have a wonderful selection of meats, mostly grass fed. The fruits left a little to be desired as a lot of shelf space was empty and looking sparse. The cashiers were friendly and the checkout process was good. It is a massive footprint for such a small town but I guess locals from pretty far away come to this location. Photos as of feb 2020.

Can’t fill an order. They called me to say sorry and left a vm but doesn’t make up for no dinner for the next few days. Driver told me he queried it cos there was cold, ambient and frozen but the order only had frozen and ambient packed. They told him it was correct and sent him on his way. Oh and I had replacement ticked for both missed items which are very common. Then I called to complain and the duty manager seemed annoyed, didn’t apologise despite me not having dinner for the next 3 nights and tried to make out that I’m lucky because I get my money back for the missing items and will receive them in 3 days time. Like a comedy sketch :/
things have changed to much and not for the better , they no longer have a butcher so now most of the meat has thick layer of fat .And variety no longer suitable .Staff very lovely just quality lacking.
