7pm on a Wednesday and not one loaf of bread on the entire supermarket??? If this was a Pak n Save someone would be fired. I guess 'managed store' vs Owner/Operator stores. Eg the managers don't care.
It's a big supermarket. This one is slightly different in that it has a pharmacy in the middle of the store. Apart from the it's pretty much the same as most other Countdowns. The carpark has a funny layout, but it's only a problem if you don't have a good ground clearance under your car.
The Larger Lady Running this Flower station is RUDE & CONFRONTATIONALnnI asked if the roses get wrapped when everyother place does so on valentines daynnThe larger pale lady snapped at me, became rude after getting offended over asking if it can be wrappednnLike its 10am in the morning, you shouldnt even be at work if your this moody this early..
One too many incompetent staff members that sadly let it down for the amazing ones. I feel sorry for those that do go above and beyond and get paid the same as the less than sub par “workers”. I hope they get recognition from their higher ups.
Miserable check out experience. No interaction except for Trudi who is a delight but not always on duty. Expensive and sometimes empty shelves lately. No longer my main supermarket
