Lately the racks are empty. You hardly found what you are looking for. It was convenient and ok in the beginning though it was not the preferred supermarket. Now I go back to the previous norm and stop at Manukau or Botany to buy what is needed.
Possibly the best Countdown I have ever visited. Very well stocked and extensive range. Spacious and well presented. Heaps of parking. Check out not very busy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Expensive, bad service, limited, passed-the-date fruit and vegies. However the delivery team are great, they'll even bring your groceries inside if you ask.
Wonderful store. Quality of fresh goods is exceptional and parking easy to find.
Absolutely appalled by staff there, i pointed out to staff members that where just standing around talking that there WW brand beef patties where covered in mould, multiple packs might i add. Not only did show little to no interest, they went right back to there much more interesting conversation. 5 mins later, standing around doing nothing and didn't even bother to check the meat in the display cabinet at the front of the store, right infrount of the store...... in full view of them. For a fast growing community with only 1 supermarket, we Absolutely rely on the staff to keep food fresh for our consumption. This is not the first time either. Absolutely appalling
