Great customer service. Clean and tidy store.
I found the staff here really unhelpful and rude! When I asked a staff member for the location of a product and to show me where it was I was huffed at like I was bothering them. Upon check out I was purchasing alcohol and the checkout supervisor was very ride towards me and questioned me like I was a drunk and even mentioned I looked like I had been drinking already and it was 10:30am in the morning and was not going to let me purchase the product, I was buying wine for a dinner party I was hosting that night. Considering this was also on pink t-shirt day to fight bullying in the work place the check out supervisor was quite mean acting towards the lady working the check out and even made me feel uncomfortable and grateful I did not have a job there as could well imagine the work place atmosphere. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere and happy to make the extra journey into Rangiora from now on. I was not going to post anything as this was a few weeks ago but feel obligated to share my experience.
Honestly getting sick of having to pack my own bags whilst trying to unload my trolley as well. I always have my own bags and put them down the other end where bags need to be packed. I have said to the checkout people a number of times that I didn't realise I was shopping at pak n save. They just don't care ! I've given up and mostly get online deliveries and get the loveliest deliveries guys who are way more obliging than the check out staff !! Very annoying.....
Always short of food and not all staff are friendly the good ones are great bit the unhappy ones are bad
Most staff are lovely and store has generally most items I like but down side is they seem to have less budget brand items than they used too so if you're on a budget anyway, it makes choices more difficult. Hence more expensive.
