What a great selection of pies! A friend had recommended stopping by, given the bakery's positive reputation and her personal experience. I had a steak, mushroom, and cheese pie. Was delicious. The pies seem to be a little larger than other pies I've had. I did think the pie was worth the $8.50 I paid!
Got a steak and cheese pie and a custard doughnut. Best cheese I've ever had in a pie. Meat and gravy were good. Friendly staff threw in an extra doughnut. Great location and early hours for those trips out of town.
Needed to cater for 12 for an all day meeting and asked Woodend Bakery if they could help. Booked the food on Friday and arrived 8am Saturday to collect.nEasy to deal with, great selection of tasty food and very reasonably priced. Can highly recommend.
Great range of food. We had a Cornish pastie that was nice, but the best was a bacon and egg sandwich that was so fresh and tasty.
The pies are good as well as the sandwiches.
