Super friendly staff. Helen saw to our meal requirements and looked after us very well. The dishes were delicious and came in large portions. Loved their vegan menu

Love every single dish we ordered especially the Crispy Skin BBQ Pork recommended by the staff it was the special of the day. Lovely staffs, delicious food and great price! One of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in town & definitely gonna go back for more!

love the ambience in wong gok and the service was also A+!! personal favs of the night were the five flavour cups chicken, crispy garlic chicken wings and the green tea fried prawn was surprisingly good!! thoroughly enjoyed my experience at wong gok!!

Best Chinese restaurant in Dunedin. Today we asked for a dish that was not on the menu. Not only were they happy to oblige but the dish is likely to appear on the menu soon.

**We got takeaways as opposed to dine in. Yummy sweet and sour pork & value for money. The service was excellent. They only reason they get 4 instead of stars is some rice with it would have been a great addition to the meal but as a meat liver, I was very happy.

Every dish was just right. Had lamb, mushrooms with shrimp, seafood with asparagus, pork dumplings amongst other dishes. Nothing drowned in gravy or overcooked. Great dining experience.
