DO NOT BUY THESE PANS! After one year of use and explicit following of the care guidelines washed after every use, only using the recommended oils, my pan and my mum's pan bought at the same time are completely useless. The non stick surface doesn't work, I'll be throwing mine out. They won't replace them under warranty. For the price tag - honestly find any other brand. . My $25 New World pan is outperforming it by a mile. Complete scam.
I did what I've done many times before but this time the lid shattered with glass falling into my lamb casserole! Was looking forward to eating this but can't now. Woll's website says the standard lid can handle going into the oven but in our experience this is clearly not the case.
We bought a sauté pan some 3 years ago. We we’re told it would last for 25 years. We like to cook and often use olive oil at a very low heat. At first it was wonderful but now everything sticks to it, we followed the recommended care instructions. Customer service have told me it was my use of olive oil on a high heat that has ruined it. We don’t use high heat with olive oil as it would burn. I have returned it for inspection and unless I can find the receipt from the home show we bought it from they have basically said tough luck! Not impressed! I will find the receipt! There are quite a few more reviews where the surface has come unstuck Beware
I have had my new Woll pots for 2 weeks now and I am totally hooked, they are amazing to use & easy to clean. I have found it easier to preheat the pots on a very high heat beforee cooking for the best results Thanks so much from a very happy customer!!
I have used my new pan every day since we got back home from Christchurch, and I just love it. We have enjoyed oven roast vege's, pan fried fish, and whitebait patties to name a few and all cooked to perfection and not one thing has stuck to the pan. Should have bought one years ago.
Early days but very happy with our induction pan. Heats up quicker and more evenly than any pan we’ve had before, including blue steel and cast iron. Non stick is brilliant but still new so time will tell there.
The coating claim is just a lie. I bought one, 3 months later started peeling off. They replaced it with something else…. Sure enough 3 months later, same story except I am now no longer in nz and no return or refund is possible. Congratulations to me for dumping $300. Disclaimer: no abrasive tools were used. Reply to their reply: There was no above and beyond. It was an email saying tough luck. Question is who on earth is going to ship a 10kg pan?? Additionally I was told that Woll was a worldwide country. In short, you know you product quality is substandard, the least you can do is refund me for it.
So far so good. One question, Can I use dishwasher to clean/wash these frypans. As a non sick system, that wipes clean, would the dishwash machine be detrimentle to the pans integrity.Thank you. I have cooked some interesting meals and with nothing sticking, its Magic, Love it. Grant.
Excellent customer service. This is my second purchase from Woll Cookware NZ - ordered a sauté pan online as a gift, but selected the wrong size. As soon as I realised my mistake I emailed Woll. Due to the holiday period, I received an automated response. Upon their return, Woll canceled my order, refunded the money and invoiced me for the correct item. A seamless, easy transaction with the product delivered in 2 days. I highly recommend their products and brilliant service, thanks Woll.
I bought a small sized WOL frypan at a recent Home & Garden show. The demonstrator was welcoming and professional, explained everything in a way anyone could understand, answered all the questions with knowledge and patience. I am absolutely delighted with my WOL frypan, it's the best I have ever had and well worth the investment.
