Absolutely recommend them Keith was so professional to deal with and not to mention helpful as well. I would recommend Wolfbrook to anyone who wants to buy a house. They will show you the ropes try to help as much as possible.
It was disappointing as a tenant to talk to a business representative on the phone and be told that it is not guaranteed that they will get back to you if they decide that it is unimportant. In dealing with Wolfbrook: Do not expect property maintenance. Do not expect a response unless its something that they want from you. Do not expect anyone to answer their phones. Lacking professionalism as seen in their reviews.
I rented through Wolfbrook Property for over 4 years at St Albans and had a pleseant experience with them. Great communication and excellent service. Renting process is very easy. Special thanks to Hayley Ried for doing a fantastic job.
I would not recommend Wolfbrook as an agent to flat under, nor as a homeowner. Lacks responsibility, lacks professionalism, extremely high turnover. The house floods several times due to lack of repairs. Landlord changes every couple of months so nothing gets resolved. They increased the rent 18%/$45 which is an insane hike despite my email of list with problems in the house that need to be remedied, which they didn't even reply too. Eventually the house will rot and mould, but they don't care. If I was a home owner I'd like my house maintened from water-damage, and as a longterm tenant that's been around longer than any of their staff, increasing the rent should only be In $5/$10 or $15 maximum increments. There are a list of problems in the house which make it unrentable. I haven't even met the last 2 or 3 landlords as turnover is that high. Worst rental agency I've ever come across.
We stayed at Gibbon Street rental property of Wolfbrook for about one and a half years approx. Me and Sanchitha would like to thank Hayley and her team at Wolfbrook for thier co-operation and professionalism in service provided. We would definitely recommend Wolfbrook to our friends in future. Not great. Not halfway descent. As another person reviewed: “wolf in sheep clothing” this is a accurate description of Wolfbrook property group. Having rented with them I recommend anyone about to sign a tenancy to reconsider.
Wolfbrook, professional and prompt service - great fit for my needs. Highly Recommend. Campbell is excellent to deal with.
Hmm, I would think very seriously before letting the Coster Wolf from Wolfbrook property group, come to my front door. Or she'll huff and she'll puff and blow your house price away.
