6.30 am at a resort where they collect so early. Called customer service laylani was not only rude but unwilling to help change the timings. As a paying customer we should be able to select times in order to accommodate high paying guest. We will bill laylani personally as she was un willing to make any effort, she did advise to email though......
AVOID THIS COMPANY.nnRequested a garden bin and I've had endless headaches from the beginning.nnFirst they just dropped the bin 100m down the a separate road, at a reserve, not my address and never told me about it.nnThey missed my first collection on 13/08 and then said that my bin was not out, which was false. Total: 1 missed collectionnnI then notified them and said they'll arrange a collection the by the next day, which they didn't. Total: 2 missed collectionsnnI then cancelled the service and they advised me they'll arrange for another collection 21/08, which they did not. Total: 3 missed collections.nnI chased them up again 07/09, this time giving them a deadline before I'd report to the council about the company dumping/abandoning their rubbish. They said they'll pick it up within 3 days, which they didn't. Total: 4 missed collections.nnI gave them one last chance before I report to council 11/09 to pick up their bin, they didn't bother replying.nnThey get back to me a week later 16/09 saying they will pick it up on 18/09 and you guess it - they didn't. Total: 5 missed collections.nnI've reported the company to the council and I had to chase them up every single time to collect their bin. Appalling since this company is meant to be in the waste management business but have illegally dumped their bin.nnI've switched to Greenie Garden bins and they've been amazing. Avoid this company.
Waste management more like waste of time. Signed up for a greenwaste bin had already paid & its been 2weeks and still havent got the bin yet nextweek is the pickup date. Called into customer service the first time noone called back, the 2nd time they told me it will be delivered today. Called today and they said have to wait for operations team or whatever to see whats happened. Been putting the job off for 2 weeks now will call in the morning to cancel and look elsewhere. Waste ur time. Waste ur money.
I have been member for over 18 years.nRegret wasting my time and money with Waste Management.nStaff don't tick all the boxed for their customer service they try put blame back on you. And even though you have a credit balance with them. They tell you to pay more for extra collection even after they don't provide with pick up schedule or pick up reminders.nLike lot of other feedback, I will advise the same AVOID USING THEM
