Physical Fitness is one of the solution to build Resilience. My aim is to help you to build and enhance your mental toughness and achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses the dimensions of health & wellness. With an extensive background in coaching, instructing in my 15+ years tenure in the NZ Army. I try to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
In the Army, I have endured many mental and physical challenges. Very often, I’m reminded of the positive effects these challenges has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and mind can achieve is ever increasing.
I'm also a culinary Chef. I'll use my experience from physical training and cooking to help you achieve your goals.
