Healthy Sleep capsules do not work. My husband and I have both tried the full dose and followed the directions for a week now. If anything they have kept us awake. Had been taking Sanderson Real Sleep drops for 3 months prior and found it worked immediately. We don't drink coffee or coke cola and eat dinner before 6pm with low carb vegetables to put our neurotransmitters in the best position for a good sleep, so I don't accept our bodies needed to be rebalanced, or that we continue with the product for a month.
These sleep drops do not work I bought them from chemist warehouse three weeks ago and followed instruction implicitly. I bought the sleep drops for adults. 30mls blue bottle purple label. They are constantly advertised on Newstalk ZB. They did absolutely nothing at all. Useless.
Been aware of sleepdrops for a while, but never quite bought into it. After having trouble staying asleep for a while few years I decided why not try it out after being recommended by family. And after taking it for just over a month I have noticed a great change. It was patchy in the beginning but after the second week I have been having consistently better sleep.

I have never slept so well using SleepDrops for Adults and Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients powder. I now go to sleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I would highly recommend!
What a fantastic alternative to what doctors perscribe. It feels positive that I can put something "good" into my families body that helps with their sleep issues. Especially my children who just love SleepDrops for kids. Also their website is very helpful, but if you have any doubt the phone help is amazing. They say good medicine is preventative, and if you get yourself into a good routine with your Sleepdrops powder, then you are setting yourself up to win.
I often had trouble getting to sleep and would wake during the night. SleepDrops helps me switch my active brain off and I have gone from an average 4 hours a night to 6-7 and am much better for it. It also helps minimize the side effects of my migranes which is a real bonus. I recommend SleepDrops to everyone.
I just love the new Menopauzzzz sleepdrops! My hot flushes in the nights have almost stopped, and it definately helps me get back to sleep if I wake in the night. A great natural alternative to HRT or sleeping tablets. Oh, and they taste really nice! Highly recommend to anyone
I have survived for years on the sleep nutrients powder drink, now I find it doesn't work at all since they changed it to capsules.. i presume this is the reason..sad!! So I would have given it 5 stars before and now 1 star..so have gone in-between at 3
I have to agree with Rolf Harris and his comments. Marketing can have a profound effect. How else do you get your product,adequate or inadequate out there. .scientific research etc means nothing and doesn't mean the product will work. Sleep drops dont work. They may have a calming effect but that's not necessarily going to put you to sleep. Don't waste your Money .
