Wise Property have been awesome. Very helpful to me as a tenant. The house was clean and tidy when I moved in, with the lawns mowed and the carpet freshly clean. Jo and her team are excellent at what they do, They look after both they tenant and the home owner.
Wises Property have recently taken over management and tenanted one of my rental properties. I initially spoke with Janeen who is the owner on the phone and from that moment I knew that she understood me and what I wanted to achieve with my property. I then met with her and the property manager Don at my property where they gave me an appraisel. They were careful to understand what sort of tenants I wanted and listened to what was important to me and the quirks of my property. What I found so impressive was the fact that they educated me through this process on things like, types of fire alarms, insurance claims, execution of inspections and why they do what they do at Wises. Wises are very thorough, the move in report when they found the right tenant was extensive. But this is good because now I know that my property is being cared for as if it was their own. They found a tenant within the estimated time frame and budget. I couldn't ask for anything more. Very pleased thus far with Wises and an unquestionable 5* review from me.
My daughters and I have been tenants of Wise Property, specifically Don Martin for the last 12 months. He has been the best landlord you could ask for, and I would recommend him and Wise Property Management as landlords. Very grateful to have been given the chance by Don and the team, to prove ourselves as tenants.
Had a handful of very negative experiences as a tenant living in a house wise property management 'looked after' the silver lining was that my landlord was lovely. The jokers would nit pick when they came for inspections but if you ever flagged an issue it would be weeks if not months before they acted on it. When we decided to move on the landlords were fine with it but they wanted to charge an exorbitant amount as what they call a 'break fee'- refusing to provide a breakdown of the actual and reasonable costs associated with finding new tenants.. even after I had offered to show people through and point them in the direction of application forms. If you're looking at renting a property they manage.. reconsider. If you're thinking about hiring them to look after your rental- you can do better
I have had my property in Royal Oak rented with Wise Property since 2008. They have always acted professionally with me and my tenants and I would not have an issue recommending them to any other landlords. Well done Wise Property.
Wise did a fantastic job with a meth contaminated house. They took over the management and managed the whole process of getting the difficult druggie tenant out, tenancy tribunal with satisfactory outcome, and the cleanup and full redecoration of the house. To top it off, it's now rented out for a lot more than previously. Minimal hassle to the owner, and downtime kept as short as possible too.
I have never had any trouble with a realestate. i have excellent references and have rented for the past 13 years. Never in my life, have i ever come across such rudeness from a realestate Co owner Janeen Colloins. she thinks she high and mighty and can talk down to people, that is probably the reason why her co worker Emma has left, and im dam sure other tenant would have had issues with this lady too. I will be going to consumer rights. Rent in credit, help find a new tenant no damages and im still waiting for her to lodge the bond and refund my money because its in credit. Shame on you Janeen your an embarrassment to the industry.
