Story

Three bedroom house in Coopers Beach with water views from the sunny deck and a huge flat back yard.. plenty of room to park your boat! The house is on the beach side of the road and only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous safe swimming beach. The children's playground is just down the road.

The local four square, butcher, fish & chip shop and bottle store are two mins walk round the corner.

Mangonui is a five min drive away where you will find a couple of lovely restaurant/cafes as well as the local pub.

Also within half hour drive of Matai, Tauranga, Taupo and Matauri Bays which are all lovely places to explore.

Close to plenty of great fishing spots and it's not far to drive to the local winery in Karikari Peninsular if you feel like a change of scenery.

A nice tidy bach that has everything you need and is a great place to relax and unwind with the family.

There is a canvas screen made to fit the deck railing and a trellis barrier that can be put up to completely secure the deck area for little ones, so you can sit back and enjoy your glass of wine without having to worry about them wandering off!
