Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude receptionist. Pushy sales people. I made enquiries for a quote. I was sent an email with questionnaire, that I filled out.nNext morning I've got a salesman knocking on my door, claiming he was coming to see if the property was safe for delivery.nI had already arranged delivery from Horokiwi Quarry, and it was excellent service from Horokiwi Quarry. Same day delivery, nothing unsafe about out property.nI explained that I hadn't even ordered anything yet, and found it rude that they had come to my door.nLater that day I received an email from Winstone Bemont, announcing my property was unsafe and they couldn't do business for me. I rang to enquire about the man coming to my door and the unsafe assessment. Iwas told it was standard practice, even before you order anything! She was rude and abrupt, and made excuses, then accused me of giving her sales man an ear full? Followed by hanging up the phone.nWon't be recommending!
