We had the best day in Marlborough cycling from vineyard to vineyard! The whole process was so easy, from pick up from our accommodation, picking up the bikes, being given a map & recommendations for the local area, to being dropped back home after a day of fabulous tasting! Thanks again!!
We had a brilliant day doing this tour! Steve and Jo are really friendly and knowledgeable and could not of looked after us better! They ensured we had a great day seeing some big names but also some lovely small wineries. Could not recommend this enough, it’s a must do if you are in the Marlborough region.
The best way to see the local wineries and explore the area, hands down. Lorelle and Greg new owners, previously Steve and Jo are wonderful people that made us feel welcome and ready to enjoy the day from pickup to drop off. Felt like we were picking up bikes and local knowledge from an old friend.nnGreg and Lorelle gave our group a brief safety overview and a great video outlining the various wineries and food options, what times they are open, and if bookings are required or just recommended. We found their information and recommendations to be spot on. Our favorite winery for the wine was Huia and favorite for atmosphere was Forrest.nnThe region as a whole is lovely for wine tasting and is designed for tasting via bike. Every place we stopped had a rack for the bikes and everywhere could be accessed mostly by gravel trail. It is very flat so little biking skill is required.
We had a fantastic day from start to finish. The bikes were fantastic, well maintained and sizes available for children. Every last detail was thought of with tips and advice. I highly recommend wine to bike.
Steve, Jo and the team did excellent job to help their customers have a wonderful tour.nnOn time pick up, useful information folders are provided in the van. A variety of good quality bikes to choose. Nice videos for wineries introduction in surroundings. We were a bit late to return to the place and phoned Steve, and he put our safety at first consideration. Jo drove us back and answered all our questions on the way.nnI highly recommend to book the tour, not only to enjoy world-class wine but also to stroll around this beautiful town.
