100% impressed with this amazing business. I live in the North Island and have been using Windsor Florist for over two years. I phone them with my requests and they have never failed to impress me. The photo below I asked for bright yellows and pinks. This is just one of the many. I know I can trust them to deliver.

What amazing service!! Order my flowers at 9.20am and it was delivered by 11am. Caren keep me updated by email at every opportunity throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening with my order. From a purchaser perspective, it was exceptional service. It's been some time but have wanted to write this review. This company is amazing. I called them and asked them to deliver loads of flowers to my grandmother to make her feel better. I said please make her feel like a million dollars. WELL all I can say is my grandmothers response was is it my funeral cos of how many flowers arrived. They added so many special details too. Chocolates  biscuits and more This made her feel special and for that I will always be grateful. Also I called form overseas and they were so understanding and helpful  the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful. I want to thank you so much for your help and delivering such beautiful flowers. You guys rock.  If you want flowers with a personal touch  delivered then this is the place to go.
Caren and Team are absolutely amazing. I have ordered flowers from Windsor Florist for a number of years and have never been disappointed. The recipients of the flowers have all complimented on how lovely the arrangements have been. Nothing is ever an issue and they are always so helpful, especially when I give them the wrong address.
Beautifully handwritten card, flowers were exactly as I asked for, amazingly wrapped and protected and plenty of water, delivered way before I expected as it was Mothers days and my Mum was over the moon!! I'm so thrilled I found you as it's hard when I'm in Australia and she is in NZ. I will be using Windsor Florist every occasion I can. Can't recommend highly enough. Rated in my top 3 customer service experiences of my life!! No exaggeration.
Caren was absolutely fabulous for my wedding flowers.I New what I wanted but didn’t no how to put them together and she just blew me away with her ideas and how easy it all was. I still have my bouquet which I have dried out in the superheater cupboard as I couldn’t part with them. I highly recommend her for any kind of flowers. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for a stress free service Caren!
My daughter went in and ordered a buttonhole for her date for the ball. Somehow when I went in to collect it was a buttonhole and a corsage. I did query this but was told no it was both. When questioned my daughter responded "Why would I order my own corsage?" So slightly unhappy. As for the flowers, they were ready, well packaged. But tbh lack anything interesting a bout them. My daughter showed the florist the colours being worn by and was told the florist would sort it. What we got is plain white flowers with nothing extra or interesting about either piece. Tbh the whole experience isn't great.
I have had many beautiful bouquets from Windsor florist. Stunning arrangements with gorgeous colours. Every arrangement I have had has had a long life expectancy for full enjoyment. When i have ordered flowers Staff are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
