The Wild Oven provided the sharing feast and evening pizzas for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious we had pork belly and chicken for main and the service impeccable despite our somewhat rowdy guests!. We received many compliments from our guests about how tasty and plentiful the food was and, in my opinion, they provided excellent value for money. Absolutely blown away by The Wild Oven - amazing caterers! We chose The Wild Oven for our wedding as we wanted delicious, sharing style food and a relaxed atmosphere. They really did deliver on every aspect. We had so many comments about how delicious the food was pork belly and pizzas a personal highlight, and the service was perfection. They were incredibly punctual with everything, and helped in ensuring our day was the relaxed and fun event we were after. They were brilliant at catering for guests who had allergies and intolerances, and their catering trucks/ovens also look amazing and really add to the whole wedding day aesthetic. Really could not have asked for better caterers who made it so easy from start to finish. Special shout out to Hannah for helping us every step of the way and to everyone else at Wild Oven involved in making our day a success. : If you are considering The Wild Oven as your wedding or event caterers, do not think twice. We used The Wild Oven as our wedding caterers and were very happy with the service we received. The caterers on the day were smiley, happy, efficient and showered me with lots of compliments which was much appreciated!!. The food was absolutely gorgeous - really generous portions and had I not been the bride in 35 degree weather, I’d have eaten a lot more! The guests said it was some of the best food they’d had at a wedding and the vegan / vegetarian options were also fantastic. Would definitely recommend for any event.
We very recently had The Wild Oven cater our wedding, myself and my now wife could not have ask for anything better! The food was so damn tasty, service was quick, seamless and extremely professional and the Land Rovers looked the business. The late night pizza were to die for and the canapés really hit the pre-feast spot! We also had them back the next day for breakfast and a send off BBQ which was such a great send off. The whole weekend of our wedding was so special and all of it was accented by how great The Wild Oven's food and service was. We have been bombarded with glowing reviews for all of the food from ALL of our guests. Thank you so much guys, from the first email to the last late night brownie bite at the wedding and the after-event follow ups, the whole Wild Oven service and experience has been PERFECT and a real pleasure. Danni, Alice and the whole team THANK YOU! We're both really sad it's all over now, but will always remember how well everything went. Just need to find another good excuse to work with you guys again :
I used The Wild Oven for my festival style wedding. They were extremely professional and communicative in the run up to the event. On the day they were great and the food was impeccable. Having lots of vegetarian and vegan guests I really wanted to make sure that they didn't feel like an afterthought. Most guests actually told me that it was the vegan option The Korean Pulled Jackfruit coupled with the asian slaw that they loved the most. The team were fantastic and did such a great job serving my many and sometimes demanding guests! I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys!
The wild oven catered for our wedding breakfast and evening food, the day was perfect from start to finish! Everything ran very smoothly and the team were very helpful and resourceful even in the pouring rain! We received so many compliments on the food from our guests, and cannot recommend them enough ourselves!
Ed and the team did an amazing job catering for our wedding in July. I was nervous about choosing a caterer as the food really does make or break a wedding! We decided to order one extra starter item and a couple of extra salads for our sharing feast when we chose our menu, just to be extra sure there would be plenty of food - well we needn't have ordered anything extra! Our guests raved about how delicious the food was and there was SO much of it - nobody was left without their fill of canapes as is often the case at weddings. I would book the Wild Oven again without a single hesistation, their team were amazing, the Land Rover was amazing, the food was amazing. Enough said. Thank you so much for making our day.
We hired Wild Oven as caterer for our wedding at Stanway House in May. They were nothing short of incredible. Few things that stood out to us especially: - Most importantly the food was amazing. We had the wood-fired lamb and pork, with the slaw and pearl barley on the side. We had several guests say it was the best wedding food they had eaten, and I'd have to agree with them. The meats were so succulent and also the vegan option was very well received. - The service was really excellent from start to finish. Thank you to Ed for your patience and resourcefulness in the build-up, especially during my last-minute questions. Thank you to Zoe for impeccable coordinating on the day. Also a personal thank you for working alongside our friends the Oystermen who provided the drinks and oysters on the day. Wild Oven were very flexible in accommodating them and Rob and Matt said the team were a pleasure to work with. - The Wild Oven present really really well. The oven truck is something to behold and should definitely be visible for guests to see. And the sharing platters were beautifully laid out. A few extras that we would recommend - We went for Wild Oven's tasting menu which was hugely useful in helping us make our decisions - We had Wild Oven lay the table Stanway House is a v dusty barn, and we definitely made the right decision there - We acquired all our crockery through Wild Oven Anyone who is doing their wedding at Stanway House should include Wild Oven. Their existing knowledge of the venue proved invaluable. Thank you to Ed and Zoe for making the day so special for us! Oliver and Janine
