WILCO Projects

Before we started renovating we did a lot of research, mostly looking on Instagram, asking around and especially asking people in the construction industry for recommendations. We started following @wilcoprojectsltd and we kept in touch as I got the engineer, architect and council plans sorted. We were and am really impressed with their care and attention walking me through the process and easing my fear of the unknown. We ran this renovation campaign on a tight schedule and Sam absolutely embraced it, we had a briefing walk through, sat down and created an 8 week schedule with clear weekly outputs and he took me step by step through the master builders contract so it was clear what we were achieving together, what insurances I needed and what the payment schedule will look like. I am delighted to say, we did it! On time and right before Xmas. Renovations are known to be stressful and I am so grateful that this was such a positive and fun experience, thank you so much Sam, Fred and Clay! I am so appreciative of the hard work you have done and James and I are in love with our home! @wilcoprojectsltd
