Love these little places that have Ferrys . Instead of driving from Hot Water Beach to Whitianga, we drove to Ferry Landing, Cooks Beach, and caught the Ferry across to Whitianga.nnExcellent service!
Much easier than driving all the way around. Ferries seem to run constantly at least in summer.
Noting that you can pay with cash, Eftpos, and credit card.
Cheap thrill for the little ones and a short walk to flax mill bay which is as beautiful as anywhere you'll see in coromandel
