Matt arrived within 10 minutes of my emergency call! Sorted the problem straight away. Great service from a seemingly nice bloke. But then…. Matt has never given me the Benchmark and warranty documents for the boiler. I have tried so many times to contact him but he never comes back to me. Very disappointing! I’m now left with a boiler with NO WARRENTY!!!!
Great service from Matt & the guys at Whitehead Plumbing and heating, our old boiler was leaking, Matt came round within an hour of my calling, after discussion we decided on a new boiler. Matt and his team came out and fitted the new boiler the very next day. They turned up bang on the time they said, they were all polite and courteous, fitted the boiler and cleared up all the mess. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team, competitive pricing and A1 service.

Top service! Had a full central heating installed and kitchen sink plumbed in and couldn’t have asked for a a more professional job. Quality work and reasonably priced. Matt even came on the weekend to ensure the job was completed before we moved in to the house!

Great job from the guys at Whitehead replacing a faulty radiator tail end the same day as I called. Managed to do it without draining the system which saved time and cost. Will definitely recommend and use again for any plumbing needs.
Absolutely fab service - called for an emergency after 9pm as well! plumber here within 30 minutes and was able to cap off our damaged pipe and was really helpful in instructing what would happen next! Really friendly and helped us see the funny side! 10/10 would recommend
Matt came out to fix a leak from our bathroom through the living room ceiling last minute on a weekend and did an amazing job. Great work, great prices and great company. Won't be using anyone else going forwards!
Would absolutely recommend Mathew for the job!! Contacted him on a weekend to havw a complete refit of our kitchen pipes ready for nee kitchen units to go in... Old system was a shambles... He was round on Monday to look at the job. He discussed the work that would be needed, he was very polite and helpful. He provided a very reasonable quote with a date that was suitable for us. He arrived on the day, ontime, got stuck in. He was was very professional and cleaned up thoroughly once the pipes were fitted.... If i could post a before and after i would.... Great job!
