We booked our daughter here just for a check up and a clean. The dentist we unfortunately got assigned, convinced us she needed an expensive myobrace mouthguard, took an upfront deposit for the treatment and then soon after left the clinic. Lumino just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't continue the treatment, pocketed our deposit and have since chosen to just ignore us. I am now out of pocket thousands of dollars, and the treatment has been left unfinished. Do not take your kids near this clinic, you will probably regret it. Edit in response to the owner reply below: I haven't heard back from you all in weeks. Every single person who has contacted me has denied responsibility and passed the buck on to someone else. There has been no resolution and progress has ground to a halt, so that is patently false.
The team here at White Smile Lumino were so amazing!! Very friendly and helped calm my nerves before and during my appointment. I would 100% recommend White Smile Lumino to all family and friends. Also super happy with the outcome of my care. Overall they are the best Dentists I have come across.
I've recently had 2 appointments done to get both sides of my wisdom teeth out and having Fabricio do the extractions has made it a legitimately enjoyable experience. I can't recommend the whole team at White Smile enough and would go there 10/10 times
My poor niece had the worst experience today at this practice, I would not recommend this practice to anyone they are a complete rip off and she wasn't given enough numbing before hand, she cried and screamed through the whole procedure. That is disgusting and should of offered more numbing
The most pleasant dental experience ever! I had a consult with Dr Lydia McGowan and she was the friendliest, professional and most gental yet thorough dentist I've met. I really appreciated her honest recommendations and her painless procedure. I have already recommended to all my friends and family as good genuine dentists are hard to find The whole team I met provided such great prompt service, thank you for your help too Anna! You are all so lovely and I will definitely be coming back soon!
Went in for a check up, had Dr. Lydia. She was honestly amazing, very professional, made me feel comfortable and was extremely gentle and thoughtful. Needed two fillings and she was very efficient and her assistant Anna went the extra mile. If you are looking for an incredible dentist that will give you a great experience, book in with Lydia and her amazing assistant Anna. 10/10 would recommend
After putting off going to the dentist for around 6 years I chose to come to White Smile Dental & I'm so happy I did! The amazing Lydia and her assistant Anna make me feel so comfortable with every visit and explain everything they're doing throughout each appointment. I would definitely recommend seeing Lydia, my experience wouldn't have been the same if it was with anybody else.
Friendly service upon arrival, good communication - my dentist came out to advise she was running over time and would I be ok to wait or reschedule I chose to wait. My dentist was really thorough, asked me what issues I was having, and she has discussed a clear treatment plan for me. Very happy with my service and would highly recommend them.
Dr. Lydia McGowan her professionalism and friendliness was outstanding with her colleague Anna Sowry also they were honest and straight forward. Very welcoming, nice and informative. She provided excellent service and I will be coming for all my future dental needs. A+++
Highly recommend Lydia. She done a check up and filing for me a few weeks later. By far the best dentist I have been too. Professional, thorough, nice and friendly. If your looking for a new dentist she is your lady!!
