Delicious food and friendly service. Unfortunately we missed out on the fish because it sold out so obviously it was good!, but the alternatives we ordered were super tasty nonetheless! The owner does incredibly well to run the store all on her own at times, she was run off her feet when we visited - her cooking is obviously very popular! Vegetarian options: The vege burger is super tasty!
If it's been a while since you've been here you have got to give this place another try. Amazing transformation since I visited a year or so ago. Great food, great service. A excellent reminder to keep supporting deserving local business like this to make sure that the service enjoyed today can continue well into the future. Well done Whiritoa Beach Store team.

Such a lovely place full of great food, amazing coffee and the warmth provided by the two ladies running the show. Beautiful little gem with some of the best burgers you can find in NZ along with awesome coffee. The ladies who run the place are full of energy and make your visit a wonderful experience. Check them out… you won’t be disappointed.
